- Condition - Preowned, Vintage. This was once rose gold plated on all except for the central strip w/ clear stones down to cabochon. It looked like rose gold & a platinum contrast. So Most of gold has worn off (most rose color in pics is from reflections of background) & there is noted scratching on one purple stone. I took a close up to try & show. It definitely does not detract from the sheer stunning beauty this brooch displays. A jeweler could even switch stones to your liking since prongs are in tact and w/ no wear, even replate if desired but definitely not necessary
